We have been a customer of Integrity Roofing since 2007. In 2007 we had hail damage and I talked to several roofing companies. Sean with Integrity Roofing made the most sense and seemed very honest. He explained a type of roofing material that was... flexible and could withstand hail better and longer than traditional tiles. None of the other roofers offered this approach. We went with Integrity. They did an excellent job. Then, for the next many years, when the houses around us were having to have their roofs replaced due to intense hail storms, our roof had no damage. Sean was absolutely right! 14 years later in 2024, after an intense hail storm, we needed a new roof again. Several companies came by. This time, many companies were offering the same flexible roofing material that Integrity offered 14 years earlier. I had our insurance company come and inspect the roof and confirm that we did need a new roof and then they provided their estimate of what the coverage amounts would be. I called Sean. He and Kathy reviewed the insurance provisions and then he came and did his own inspection. He found several items that had been missed or under-valued. They worked successfully with our insurance company to have the estimate increased. They went through this process several times until all the coverage was clear and fair. Integrity's team then came out and replaced the roof in a day. They did a great job and even more than I was expecting. Their team was professional in every aspect and skilled in the implementation, and the area was thoroughly clean when they were done. As I reviewed the work over the next days, I saw some small things that I thought needed to be addressed. When I called Integrity, they took care of everything quickly. When I find someone who is honest and competent I stick with them. If I need a new roof again, I will be contacting Integrity Roofing to partner with me through the process. Integrity replaced my roof, gutters, fence staining, painted and replaced my attic fan. Their name is what they are: Integrity. Recommended them to my neighbors. Very pleasant people to work with. They helped me battle my Insurance company for 5 months. We had to hire a third party inspector because of all of it. Then had to battle again for the insurance to pay to get decking up to code. Which I paid my insurance premium for. The last two bi... g hail storm we had in Texas and they kept denying my claim. All the houses around me got new roofs and I could see the hail damage on my roof. My roof was 6 years old and felt the insurance company was denying because I did not fight them last time they denied it and was trying to age my roof out so I would have paid for most of it.
